Mindfulness Activity

Mindfulness activities like silence meditation provides us the tool to manage and overcome life challenges. It involves focused awareness and acceptance of the present in order to be here and now. It also teaches people the art of surrender and let go of control.

Laughter Yoga

Laughter yoga is an exercise program for health and wellbeing which based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter. Its designed to create and sustain positive energy.

Mindful Movement Flow

Mindful movement means slowing down. Being present in what we are doing at any one time. It is a powerful practice to engage your body in different exercises while placing all of your attention on the movements as well as your breathing. It allows you to check-in with your body and get moving in a way that can help you lower stress, release stagnant energy, and strengthen your mind-body connection.

Sound Healing

Sound healing is a practice that helps an individual deal with stress and tension by assisting the brain waves to come back to a state of mindfulness.

The sound healing process uses instruments to create a vibration that releases energy, passing a state of ease and harmony to you. It is an ancient method of reviving the mental, physical and spiritual levels to a state of balance.

Mindful Breathing

Mindful breathing session involves becoming aware of your breath and focusing on it. It does not involve trying to change the way you breathe. However, the act of focusing on the breath usually slows down breathing patterns, making you feel more relaxed. As you focus on how air moves in and out through your lungs, mouth and nose, it becomes a form of calming meditation.

Self-Development Life Coaching

A life coach helps you grow by analyzing your current situation, identifying limiting beliefs and other potential challenges and obstacles you face and devising a custom plan of action designed to help you achieve specific outcomes in your life.
