• Deposit non-refundable.
• In case the group is cancelled, the below charges shall apply:
- 60% of total amount between 100 days and 50 days prior to the event date;
- Less than 49 days prior to the event date, 100% of the Minimum Charge Value shall apply
- No show & early departure: 100% of the entire stay
- Cancellations made on the arrival date will be considered as no show
- Shifting of booking date and change of names after the release period will be considered as cancellation.
• In case the individual cancellation, the below charges shall apply:
- Deposit non-refundable
- Minimum number of rooms shall not be lower than 10 rooms, otherwise the prices will differ
- Minimum number of persons is 15 paid participants, you are allowed to cancel up to one person 3 weeks before the check in date free of charge but deposit remains non-refundable, at the condition of maintaining the same room number confirmed at the hotel
- Any other cancellation will result in 100% charge
